Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. We ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. You can estimate the shipping cost through the shopping cart check out before completing an order. If we do not ship to your country, we recommend trying to find a retailer in your country by running a Google Shopping or Amazon search for "Fly Pedals". 

Q. My tracking information for my order isn't working or hasn't changed.

Please don't assume your order is lost. If your order is being shipped Internationally please be aware that tracking may not show movement right away. Orders shipped using any Economy International services may not show movement after departure from the US and can take 15 to 35 days to deliver. Please allow 30 days from the date of this email before contacting our support team.

If your order shipped within the US or via Standard International service, please let us know as your tracking should work from door-to-door.

Q. Do I need to purchase anything else to use the Fly Pedals?

A. You will need a set of the cleats that are compatible with your clipless pedals. You can purchase those online or from your local bike store.
