Return Policy

Fly Pedals come with a 30 day return policy from the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a product is returned in used condition and not in the original packaging, then we will the product to the customer.

Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

If you ordered the product through Amazon, you will need to process the return through their system.

Return Process

Please contact us at info@flypedals.com with your order number. Once we have established that the product is returnable, we will provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Do not send us returns without contacting us first. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
